RAW gingerbread energy balls

Healthy, quick and easy raw gingerbread energy balls. Made with medjool dates, oats, almonds and spices. All placed in a blender until they come together and that's it!

INGREDIENTS : 

​- 20 Medjool Dates

​- 100g Oats

- 30g Almond Flour 

- 1  Tablespoon Cinnamon

- 1 Teaspoon Ginger

- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg

- 1/4 Ground Clove

METHOD : 

- Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor until mixture turns a fine flour consistency, then add the medjool dates. Blitz until the mixture forms a dough ball shape, this may take a minute or so. 

- Take a tablespoonful of mixture and roll into small bowl using hand, repeat this until all gingerbread mixture is finished and enjoy!
