- Whole Head Cauliflower
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
- Begin by filling a large sauce of water and place on high heat and cover.
- Cut your cauliflower head into individual florets, cutting into similar sizing throughout. Wash thoroughly.
- Once water starts to boil, carefully place Cauliflower florets into boiling water. Cook cauliflower for 8-10 minutes, checking its done by poking fork through cauliflower florets, you want the fork to be able to pierce the cauliflower but don't over cook the cauliflower otherwise you'll have soggy mash!
-Once cooked, remove from heat and drain water from cauliflower using colander, replace back in sauce pan. Crumble vegetable stock cube into cauliflower, salt and pepper and begin to mash using potato masher.
- Mash until reach a smooth mash, serve immediately and enjoy!
