* The riper the bananas the better! This means the banana's having black dots on them. This creates the milk to be thicker and sweeter, and riper banana's are easier to digest! *
- 2 medium sized Frozen Bananas ( can used fresh if don't have frozen, although highly recommend frozen over fresh as it creates a milkshake texture!)
- 300ml Organic Soya Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or 1 Medjool Date (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
- Place all ingredients into blender and blitz until completely smooth. Serve immediately for a creamy and thick texture!
